Service Description
This class is only for most advanced clients. This class includes weighted Pilates exercises up to 5lbs, these exercises can be done without weight if there are limitations (you must be instructor approved for this class)
Cancellation Policy
Core Love Co. Pilates has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all Classes and sessions. This provides each client a fair opportunity to use an open spot in class/time slot. Unlimited package holders will be charged $25 fee each class cancelled within the 24 hour window, after a one time monthly grace use. We are aware life happens and some things are out of your control, we just ask that everyone has a mutual respect for each other and does not abuse the grace excuses. (sickness, child conflict, the unavoidable)
