This class is for established clients that have gotten the clear to book! With Pilates there is always an option to modify for your level, but we want you to feel confident in movement before advancing to circuit! We will flow through many intermediate exercises using all the studio equipment. Get ready to find your Fire!
Cancellation Policy
Core Love Co. Pilates has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all Classes and sessions. This provides each client a fair opportunity to use an open spot in class/time slot. Unlimited package holders will be charged $25 fee each class cancelled within the 24 hour window, after a one time monthly grace use. We are aware life happens and some things are out of your control, we just ask that everyone has a mutual respect for each other and does not abuse the grace excuses. (sickness, child conflict, the unavoidable)
