Service Description

This is a 50 min fun engaging Mat class with modifications for all levels -outdoors in the shade! We will stretch, work the core, listen to music and sweat it out together! Everyone welcome 15yrs and up!

Cancellation Policy

Core Love Co. Pilates has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all Classes and sessions. This provides each client a fair opportunity to use an open spot in class/time slot. The card on file will be charged a $15 fee for each class cancelled within the 24 hour window.
