Class Cancellation 
Core Love Co. requires a 12 hour cancellation for any class reschedule. There will be a $10 cancellation fee within the 12 hour window.

 

Refund Policy

Core Love Co. does not offer refunds, for any reason. If any issue needs to be discussed please contact Company through coreloveco@gmail.com.

 

Pausing Membership

If you need to suspend your membership for any reason, medical or otherwise, you may do so up to 1 month at a time, for a maximum of 3 months per calendar year.  A 7-day written notice is required for every freeze request. A $30 freeze fee may be applied to your account each month your membership is frozen. If cancellation is needed after the membership has been reactivated, a 30-day notice is required.
