Service Description

This is for every new client whether a seasoned Pilates enthusiast, or Beginner Client. The session allows time for paperwork to be filled out, and discussed. This session allows for the instructor to get to know the client ( limitations, health history, and goals) and for the client to learn the studio, and equipment. This ensures the everyone has a safe and effective class moving forward!

Cancellation Policy

Core Love Co. Pilates has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all Classes and sessions. This provides each client a fair opportunity to use an open spot in class/time slot. Unlimited package holders will be charged $25 fee each class cancelled within the 24 hour window, after a one time monthly grace use. We are aware life happens and some things are out of your control, we just ask that everyone has a mutual respect for each other and does not abuse the grace excuses. (sickness, child conflict, the unavoidable)
